Laboratory, Ft. McMurray
The Laboratory is a single story structure intended for testing of hydrocarbon samples from the Oilsands plants. The lab has specialty equipment and piping required for the testing process, as well as recovery of the samples and water through neutralization inside holding tanks, with subsequent discharge into recovery systems. |

Corus Entertainment, Toronto
Located on the Toronto Waterfront, this 380,000 ft2 state-of-the-art radio, television, and communication facility will integrate Corus Entertainment's operations under a single roof. Building on the Waterfront meant that various design, regulatory, and environmental challenges needed to be overcome. Both the Base Building and Tenant Fit-Up Work will showcase sustainable design initiatives, including energy efficiency, water efficiency, day lighting, and superior indoor air quality. |

New Projects
Eau Claire Redevelopment, Calgary
Phase one includes a 5 storey podium, two 25 storey towers and two 12 storey towers. It will contain restaurants, a food store, offices and a hotel.
Another site supports a 5 storey podium with two 13 storey towers for residences, while the third building is a 4 storey "signature" structure designed to fit with a redesigned Eau Claire plaza.
Currents of Windermere, Edmonton
An Urban Village Community featuring a land assembly of over 650 acres in southwest Edmonton. Plans include the development of Retail, Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and Hotel facilities.
View Royal Casino, Expansion and Renovation, Vancouver
This project includes gaming, entertainment and parking upgrades and improvements to the surrounding road, pedestrian and bikeway system.
Sustainable design features include a green roof system that will assist with storm water management while reducing the building's cooling load. |
