Brant Street and QEW Retail Mall, Burlington
The project comprises 4 steel framed EIFS clad single storey “Big Box” buildings, related site work and services, improvement to an adjacent municipal intersection and conservation area to create access to the development and improve traffic flow in the area.

   
       

Shaw Barlow, Calgary
The building includes a dramatic curved glass frontage that is 3 storeys high, creates a streetscape and contains a retail area; a 120 person state of the art, tiered seating auditorium; a food services and seating area for the 900+ employees and a full service studio area for film production. Other areas are allocated for their call centre; for sales and technical services and for marketing and training facilities.

   
       
Woodside Mall, Scarborough
New Mall entrance created at southwest wing, including new corridor. Work completed on fast track with design and construction starting in late fall 2006 and construction completed over the winter finishing in February 2007. Project completed on budget and schedule.

New Projects

Eau Claire Redevelopment, Calgary
Phase one includes a 5 storey podium, two 25 storey towers and two 12 storey towers. It will contain restaurants, a food store, offices and a hotel.

Another site supports a 5 storey podium with two 13 storey towers for residences, while the third building is a 4 storey "signature" structure designed to fit with a redesigned Eau Claire plaza.

Currents of Windermere, Edmonton
An Urban Village Community featuring a land assembly of over 650 acres in southwest Edmonton. Plans include the development of Retail, Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and Hotel facilities.

View Royal Casino, Expansion and Renovation, Vancouver
This project includes gaming, entertainment and parking upgrades and improvements to the surrounding road, pedestrian and bikeway system.

Sustainable design features include a green roof system that will assist with storm water management while reducing the building's cooling load.
