St. Paul L'Amoreaux Senior Centre, Toronto
Pivotal staff provided project management services to develop and execute the addition of a 13-storey life lease building. The success of this project realized a million dollar capital profit, which allowed St. Paul to meet their objective and completely renovate the amenities space in their existing facility.

   
       

Shaw Tower, Coal Harbour, Vancouver
The project comprises a 40 storey office live / work tower reaching 450 sq.ft high.16 first floors are triple “A” office space and the top 24 floors include 130 luxury condominiums. There are separate lobbies for the residential and office elements. The project includes 5 levels of underground parking to accommodate 570 parking stalls.

   
       
65 Lillian/88 Redpath, Toronto
A new 10 storey, 141 apartment rental building twinned to the existing tower located at 88 Redpath, developed to capitalize on the underutilized zoning density. The new tower includes a 3 level underground parkade adjoining the existing single level one. Challenges facing the team from inception were interface design, phasing and implementation, existing tenant appeasement and management during construction.

New Projects

IKEA, Richmond and Winnipeg
Pivotal is providing full project management services – from design development to commissioning – on IKEA’s new developments in Richmond, B.C. and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each is approximately 340,000 square feet and includes retail, office and warehouse space.

Camrose Hotel, Camrose, AB
Pivotal is providing financial oversight on the construction of a $10.5M, 112-room hotel addition to the existing casino development in Camrose, approximately 100 kms southeast of Edmonton, Alberta.

Crofton Manor, Vancouver
Pivotal is managing remediation and redesign of this seniors’ facility which provides both independent and assisted living.

Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Toronto
Pivotal is project-managing the multi-disciplinary design team creating the conceptual design for three prototype underground stations on the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rapid Transit (ECLRT), a new, fully-underground line being program-managed by the TTC and funded by Metrolinx.
