Nova Scotia Schools
Development/Construction Consultant for the construction of 15 schools throughout the Province of Nova Scotia. The schools were under a P3 Program established by the Province. The Province created the Design Criteria and they were built on a design build basis.

New Projects

Eau Claire Redevelopment, Calgary
Phase one includes a 5 storey podium, two 25 storey towers and two 12 storey towers. It will contain restaurants, a food store, offices and a hotel.

Another site supports a 5 storey podium with two 13 storey towers for residences, while the third building is a 4 storey "signature" structure designed to fit with a redesigned Eau Claire plaza.

Currents of Windermere, Edmonton
An Urban Village Community featuring a land assembly of over 650 acres in southwest Edmonton. Plans include the development of Retail, Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and Hotel facilities.

View Royal Casino, Expansion and Renovation, Vancouver
This project includes gaming, entertainment and parking upgrades and improvements to the surrounding road, pedestrian and bikeway system.

Sustainable design features include a green roof system that will assist with storm water management while reducing the building's cooling load.
