Webber Academy
The proposed expansion will house the new Performing Arts Centre that comprises a choir music room, band room, music room, private practice rooms, junior high drama room, senior high drama room, a 450-seat theatre with a 150-person stage and a lobby. The theatre will be the largest component of the project. The project also includes demolition to the existing premises to receive the new building construction and integrate the spaces into a single facility.

   
       
University of Ottawa, Ottawa
3 multi-phase, multi-building yearly restoration programs at the University of Ottawa 's Main Campus in Downtown Ottawa and off-campus buildings. The work encompasses a broad range of restoration, element replacement and repair of recent and historic buildings. Our services are embedded into the University's PM system to provide seamless project delivery.

   
       
Police Facilities, Ottawa
Barrier-free upgrades to two police facilities. The Greenbank facility project also included exterior upgrades for a barrier-free path of travel. Both projects included work in secure areas which demanded innovative scheduling and multiple project stakeholder consultation.

New Projects

IKEA, Richmond and Winnipeg
Pivotal is providing full project management services – from design development to commissioning – on IKEA’s new developments in Richmond, B.C. and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each is approximately 340,000 square feet and includes retail, office and warehouse space.

Camrose Hotel, Camrose, AB
Pivotal is providing financial oversight on the construction of a $10.5M, 112-room hotel addition to the existing casino development in Camrose, approximately 100 kms southeast of Edmonton, Alberta.

Crofton Manor, Vancouver
Pivotal is managing remediation and redesign of this seniors’ facility which provides both independent and assisted living.

Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Toronto
Pivotal is project-managing the multi-disciplinary design team creating the conceptual design for three prototype underground stations on the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rapid Transit (ECLRT), a new, fully-underground line being program-managed by the TTC and funded by Metrolinx.
