1155 Rainbow Street , Ottawa The $26 M project consists of the phased construction of two Industrial/Light Manufacturing buildings totaling over 250,000 ft² in an existing business park in East Ottawa . The project challenges include traffic infrastructure concerns, political and local neighbourhood stakeholder interaction.

Des Erables Boulevard In Salaberry-De-Valleyfield Lot 1534 ( Diageo), Montreal A multi-building complex of 1 storey industrial warehouses and ancillary improvements totaling 800,000 ft² designated for the purpose of barrel storage and aging of liquor. The project will be developed in approximately 3 phases. Phase 1 and II are completed, Phase III is in discussion.

Eastlake Portico Business Centre, Calgary The three buildings were developed on a 25 acre site in the Eastlake Industrial subdivision located in southeast Calgary. Each building offers multiple tenancies and various warehouse/office combinations. Clear ceiling heights in warehouse areas are 28'-0 and each building has three loading docks per bay.

New Projects

Schulich School of Engineering, Calgary
The project includes a three-phased development consisting of 467,000 ft² of renovations to the six (6) existing engineering Blocks (A-F), followed by 164,000 ft² of new engineering space and finally repurposing of spaces in the existing Engineering Complex.

Webber Academy, Calgary
This 28,797 ft² expansion will house the new Performing Arts Centre featuring a 450-seat theatre with a 150-person stage and a lobby.

Rideau Centre, Ottawa
Pivotal is providing project advisory services to the Viking Rideau Corporation, which owns the land being developed for the new Congress Centre including 1,000,000 ft² of retail space.

Commerce Court West, Toronto
Pivotal is providing complete project management services to oversee and manage the consultant team and general contractor for design management as well as construction on 50,000 ft² station and 40,900 ft² cross over.
