The $26 M project consists of the phased construction of two Industrial/Light Manufacturing buildings totaling over 250,000 ft2 in an existing business park in East Ottawa . The project challenges include traffic infrastructure concerns, political and local neighbourhood stakeholder interaction.

   
       

Des Erables Boulevard In Salaberry-De-Valleyfield Lot 1534 ( Diageo), Montreal
A multi-building complex of 1 storey industrial warehouses and ancillary improvements totaling 800,000 ft2 designated for the purpose of barrel storage and aging of liquor. The project will be developed in approximately 3 phases. Phase 1 completed, Phase II will be completed in December 2008, Phase III in 2010.

   
       
Eastlake Portico Business Centre, Calgary
The three buildings were developed on a 25 acre site in the Eastlake Industrial Subdivision located in South East Calgary. Each building offers multiple tenancies and various warehouse / office combinations. Clear ceiling heights in warehouse areas are 28'-0 and each building has three loading docks per bay.
   
 

New Projects

Eau Claire Redevelopment, Calgary
Phase one includes a 5 storey podium, two 25 storey towers and two 12 storey towers. It will contain restaurants, a food store, offices and a hotel.

Another site supports a 5 storey podium with two 13 storey towers for residences, while the third building is a 4 storey "signature" structure designed to fit with a redesigned Eau Claire plaza.

Currents of Windermere, Edmonton
An Urban Village Community featuring a land assembly of over 650 acres in southwest Edmonton. Plans include the development of Retail, Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and Hotel facilities.

View Royal Casino, Expansion and Renovation, Vancouver
This project includes gaming, entertainment and parking upgrades and improvements to the surrounding road, pedestrian and bikeway system.

Sustainable design features include a green roof system that will assist with storm water management while reducing the building's cooling load.
