Administration Building, Ft. McMurray
Development of this administration complex consists of a 7 storey office building, special services including a full kitchen / cafeteria, maintenance shop & control facilities totaling approximately 340,000 sq.ft. The site also includes separate laboratory (18,000 sq.ft) and fire hall (22,000 sq.ft) buildings to support the expanding oil sands operations in Fort McMurray.

Bankers Court, Calgary
This 14 storey Triple “A” office building is Calgary 's central downtown core. The building's many sustainable features such as, a triple glazed curtain wall system and waterless urinals contributed to its achievement of LEED Gold status. The property also includes four levels of underground parking, a 3 storey full height glass lobby, 2nd floor retail area and plus15 bridge connection to the existing Bankers Hall Complex. |

Corus Entertainment, Toronto
Located on the Toronto Waterfront, this 380,000 sq.ft state-of-the-art radio, television and communication facility will integrate Corus Entertainment's operations under a single roof. Building on the Waterfront meant that various design, regulatory, and environmental challenges needed to be overcome. Both the base building and tenant fit-up work will showcase sustainable design initiatives, including energy efficiency, water efficiency, day lighting and superior indoor air quality. |

IKEA, Richmond and Winnipeg
Pivotal is providing full project management services – from design development to commissioning – on IKEA’s new developments in Richmond, B.C. and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each is approximately 340,000 square feet and includes retail, office and warehouse space.
Camrose Hotel, Camrose, AB
Pivotal is providing financial oversight on the construction of a $10.5M, 112-room hotel addition to the existing casino development in Camrose, approximately 100 kms southeast of Edmonton, Alberta.
Crofton Manor, Vancouver
Pivotal is managing remediation and redesign of this seniors’ facility which provides both independent and assisted living.
Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Toronto
Pivotal is project-managing the multi-disciplinary design team creating the conceptual design for three prototype underground stations on the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rapid Transit (ECLRT), a new, fully-underground line being program-managed by the TTC and funded by Metrolinx.
