Administration Building, Ft. McMurray
Development of this administration complex consists of a 7 storey office building, special services including a full kitchen / cafeteria, maintenance shop & control facilities totaling approximately 340,000 ft2. The site also includes separate laboratory (18,000 ft2) and fire hall (22,000 ft 2) buildings to support the expanding oilsands operations in Fort McMurray.

Agincourt Retail and Medical Building, Toronto
A 6 storey medical office building in Scarborough situated on the Agincourt lands adjacent to the Agincourt Mall. This project was the first phase of the global development plan for these lands geared towards providing commercial space to complement the ever-increasing residential growth in the area. The ground floor space is dedicated to retail with the top 5 floors leased to medical practitioners. |

Corus Entertainment, Toronto
Located on the Toronto Waterfront, this 380,000 ft2 state-of-the-art radio, television and communication facility will integrate Corus Entertainment's operations under a single roof. Building on the Waterfront meant that various design, regulatory, and environmental challenges needed to be overcome. Both the Base Building and Tenant Fit-Up Work will showcase sustainable design initiatives, including energy efficiency, water efficiency, day lighting and superior indoor air quality. |

New Projects
Eau Claire Redevelopment, Calgary
Phase one includes a 5 storey podium, two 25 storey towers and two 12 storey towers. It will contain restaurants, a food store, offices and a hotel.
Another site supports a 5 storey podium with two 13 storey towers for residences, while the third building is a 4 storey "signature" structure designed to fit with a redesigned Eau Claire plaza.
Currents of Windermere, Edmonton
An Urban Village Community featuring a land assembly of over 650 acres in southwest Edmonton. Plans include the development of Retail, Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and Hotel facilities.
View Royal Casino, Expansion and Renovation, Vancouver
This project includes gaming, entertainment and parking upgrades and improvements to the surrounding road, pedestrian and bikeway system.
Sustainable design features include a green roof system that will assist with storm water management while reducing the building's cooling load. |
