Bankers Court, Calgary
This 14 storey Triple “A” office building is currently under construction in Calgary 's central downtown core and will be complete by February 2009. The buildings many sustainable initiatives including, triple glazed curtain wall system and waterless urinals contribute to its anticipated achievement of LEED Gold status. The property also includes four levels of underground parking; a 3 storey full height glass lobby; 2nd floor retail area; and plus15 bridge connection to the existing Bankers Hall Complex.

   
       
Palliser South, Calgary
This project is a visually stunning 18 storey, 290,000 ft2 office building and 2 storey professional services building on a reclaimed site in the Calgary downtown core. The project incorporates an adjacent parkade improving the streetscape aesthetics. Responding to the changing needs of the market this project incorporates several sustainability incentives.
   
       

Shaw Tower, Coal Harbour, Vancouver
The project comprises a 40 storey office Live / Work tower reaching 450 ft high. 16 first floors are triple “A” office space and the top 24 floors include 130 luxury condominiums. There are separate lobbies for the residential and office elements. The project includes 5 levels of underground parking to accommodate 570 parking stalls.

New Projects

Eau Claire Redevelopment, Calgary
Phase one includes a 5 storey podium, two 25 storey towers and two 12 storey towers. It will contain restaurants, a food store, offices and a hotel.

Another site supports a 5 storey podium with two 13 storey towers for residences, while the third building is a 4 storey "signature" structure designed to fit with a redesigned Eau Claire plaza.

Currents of Windermere, Edmonton
An Urban Village Community featuring a land assembly of over 650 acres in southwest Edmonton. Plans include the development of Retail, Commercial, Residential, Entertainment and Hotel facilities.

View Royal Casino, Expansion and Renovation, Vancouver
This project includes gaming, entertainment and parking upgrades and improvements to the surrounding road, pedestrian and bikeway system.

Sustainable design features include a green roof system that will assist with storm water management while reducing the building's cooling load.
