New Projects

Schulich School of Engineering, Calgary
The project includes a three-phased development consisting of 467,000 ft2 of renovations to the six (6) existing engineering Blocks (A-F), followed by 164,000 ft2 of new engineering space and finally repurposing of spaces in the existing Engineering Complex.

Webber Academy, Calgary
This 28,797 ft2 expansion will house the new Performing Arts Centre featuring a 450-seat theatre with a 150-person stage and a lobby.

Rideau Centre, Ottawa
Pivotal is providing project advisory services to the Viking Rideau Corporation, which owns the land being developed for the new Congress Centre including 1,000,000 ft2 of retail space.

Commerce Court West, Toronto
Pivotal is providing complete project management services to oversee and manage the consultant team and general contractor for design management as well as construction on 50,000 ft2 station and 40,900 ft2 cross over.
