Pivotal - Project Management

Senior Management

Pivotal is lead by two dynamic and experienced team leaders – Archie Roberts senior mentor and CEO, and Edward Welch team leader and President.

Archie Roberts, CEO

Archie Roberts has been involved with construction and project management for over 35 years. His roles have varied from direct project management to the CEO of a heavy construction company and on projects from water treatment facilities in the oil sands to luxury Vancouver residential/commercial high-rise buildings. His breadth and depth of experience are unparalleled in the Project Management industry and he acts as a trusted development adviser to many of Canada's leading Pension Funds and Property Owners.

Having the ability to see the project from the eyes of the owners and contractors gives Archie a unique perspective. Archie's entrepreneurial spirit is defined through clear and open communication, and his ability to provide management with a personal touch.

Edward Welch, President

Edward is accountable for the overall performance and success of the Pivotal Team. His expertise in project management, business finance, and risk management comes from 20 years in the engineering and construction industry. Edward's previous role as Business Manager for a national restoration and building-science engineering firm meant he was responsible for the financial growth and success of the division.

Edward takes great pride building long-term relationships through value-added service, making sure the client interests come first and providing cost-effective and practical solutions.
